高温多湿な日本を快適に過ごすために開発された、サラリと涼やかな着心地の「アサメリー」のノンレースカップ付きタンクトップ。汗ばむ季節でも肌に張り付かず、シャリっとサラサラの肌触りが続きます。
使用するのは、綿全体の1％未満しか生産されない希少な超長綿。この超長綿を独自の手法で強く撚り合わせて極細の糸にし、汗を吸いやすい構造に仕上げています。さらに糸の毛羽を丁寧にガスで焼いて取り除くことで、表面がなめらかになり、いっそう清涼感のある着心地を実現しました。
肌当たりや肌への刺激を最小限に抑えるため、洗濯表示は転写プリントを採用しフラットに仕上げました。

The Secret Behind Its Unique “Shari” Textured Feel Is Delicate Yarn Finishing
The key to Asamerry’s characteristic “shari” textured feel is yarn that is tightly twisted and singed with gas to burn off fuzz.
First, we make yarn by strongly twisting it together using our own method.
By twisting the yarn tightly, it draws up sweat and releases it into the air, keeping your skin feeling fresh. In addition, we carefully singe away the fuzz on the finished ultra-fine two-ply yarn with gas.
This delicate yarn treatment makes the surface beautifully smooth and produces an even more cool-feeling yarn. This is the secret of Asamerry’s “shari and smooth” feel against the skin.

An Airy Knit Fabric with Excellent Breathability
The more something is knitted with fine yarn, the thinner and lighter it is, and the more comfortably it fits the body.
With that idea, the fabric is knitted from Asamerry’s delicate, high-twist yarn in an ultra-fine count in Wakayama, a knit-producing region.
To achieve hemp-like comfort in cotton underwear, Asamerry uses a special knit structure.
Unlike typical fabrics, the stitches form loops in a distinctive shape, so there is little surface area in contact with the skin, and because the gaps are larger, air can pass through easily.
For that reason, from the moment you put it on, you get a fresh, refreshing comfort.

We use steam setting to set the fabric.
Because it does not press down more than necessary, the unique texture with a shari feel is not compromised.
For cutting, each piece is laid out one by one and accurately done by hand. For sewing machine needles, we use needles one size finer than standard to prevent needle holes and address related issues. In the inspection process after sewing, we conduct strict and careful inspections, separating the front body and back body.
