Membership transfer procedures
In order to continue using your membership information from the old site, please reset your password from My Page, which is the human icon in the upper right corner of the site.

Please apply for resetting on My Page "Create Account",
You will receive a confirmation email to activate your account.
Please see below for details.
1. Click on the person icon at the top right, "My Page." If you are using a smartphone, click on "Menu" and then "My Page."
2. The login screen will appear, so click the "Create an account" button.
3. Enter your name, phonetic spelling, email address, new password, date of birth, and gender, then click the "Create" button.
4. You will receive an "Activate your account" email like the one below, so click the "Activate your account" button.
5. Access your My Page and click "Confirm Address."
6. Click "Edit" and check and adjust your last name, as it contains your full name.
7. Click "Update Address" to complete the membership transfer process.
Free shipping on purchases of 11,000 yen or more (tax included)
If the total amount of a single purchase per delivery address is 11,000 yen or more (tax included), shipping will be free.
Credit cards are accepted.
About points
As previously announced, we have discontinued the points system due to the renewal.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
About gift delivery settings
Only one delivery will be made per order. If you would like to have items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
If you wish to have your order delivered to an address other than your home address, please enter the shipping address first, and then enter the billing address (recipient) on the payment page.
Please note that you cannot change the billing address (requester) after placing an order.
Customers who have already registered as members can register a new delivery address by going to "My Page" and clicking "Confirm Address."
