We previously accepted returns and exchanges for unopened, unused items within one week of delivery after placing an order. However, due to the nature of the product, as of January 7, 2025, we will no longer be able to accept returns or exchanges for items that are different from the image or size you ordered. If there is a defect in the product, please contact us within one week of receiving it.
