FAQ

Q.I placed an order or registered as a member, but I haven't received an email. Or I sent an inquiry, but I haven't received a reply.

When you place an order, we will send you an automatic email confirming your order. We will also respond to inquiries within two business days. If you do not receive an email, the following may be the cause.

1: The email address entered when ordering or registering as a member is incorrect.

2: The email has been sorted into the spam box

3: The registered email address is a mobile phone address and is set to reject emails.

Even if you can receive emails from other online shopping sites, you may not be able to receive emails from our store. Also, even if you have not made any settings, your email may be set to reject emails by default.

Q.I received an email informing me of how to change my payment method.

If you use a credit card, we will only accept cards in the name of the person who made the purchase (same name and surname).


If the name on the order is different from the name of the person placing the order, we will contact you by email to request a change of payment method.


We appreciate your understanding in order to ensure a safe shopping experience for everyone.

Q.Can I change or cancel my order?

If the item has not been shipped, we will accept it. However, if you wish to change the order, we will only accept items that are currently in stock.


If the item has already been shipped, we will accept returns or exchanges.


*Please note that even if you have not received a shipping confirmation email, the product may have already been shipped.

Q.Can I ship by mail?

Our store only accepts Yamato Transport as a delivery company, and we do not handle mail delivery, so we appreciate your understanding.

Q.I would like to know the availability of items that are sold out.

Please contact us using the inquiry form or email us with the product number, color and size.


It may take some time to investigate, so please refrain from contacting us by phone.

Q.Until what date can I specify?

You can specify a delivery date between 7 and 10 days after the order date.


If you would like your order delivered as soon as possible, you do not need to enter a specific date.

Q.You cannot select multiple products.

You can purchase multiple products together.

On the product information page, click "Add to Cart" and then click "Return to Shopping" or "Go to Store Home Page" at the bottom left of the screen to continue selecting your product.


If you select "Proceed to checkout," you will be taken to the "Enter shipping address" screen. If you would like to purchase other items, click "Continue shopping" and then select the additional items you would like to purchase.

Q.Is gift wrapping free?

Gift wrapping is free, but it will be simple packaging. When placing an order, please write "Gift Request" in the "Notes" field at the bottom of the "Shipping Address" section and we will arrange for the item to be shipped in gift wrapping.


Gift bags are also available for an additional fee, so please add them to your cart just like you would any other product.

*Gift wrapping is not available for some sale items.

About orders and returns

About ordering products

We accept orders over the Internet.
Depending on the order status, the item may be out of stock. If an item is out of stock after your order, we will contact you.
Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an "Order Confirmation Email".

Returns Policy

As of Tuesday, January 7, 2025, our store has revised its terms and conditions for returns and exchanges as follows.
[Before revision] Returns and exchanges are only possible for unopened, unused products within one week of delivery after ordering.
[After revision] Due to the nature of the product, returns and exchanges due to customer reasons such as differences in image or size will not be accepted.

●We take every precaution to ensure the quality and delivery of the products you purchase, but if you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, if it is a defective product, or if an accident such as damage occurs during delivery, we will cover the shipping costs, so please contact us in advance by email within 7 days of receiving the product.

Due to the nature of the product, returns and exchanges are not possible in the following cases:
- Returns due to customer convenience (different from the image, size does not fit, etc.)

- Products that have been used or processed (including products that have been washed without being worn)
・If our store finds that the item has pet hair, cigarette odor, body odor, or perfume on it.
・If you return the product without prior notice or permission

[Regarding refunds]

If you paid by credit card, depending on the card company's closing date, the transaction amount before the refund may be deducted, but this will be offset or refunded at the next card company's next withdrawal.
If you pay by cash on delivery, the payment will be transferred to your bank account. Please note that cash on delivery fees are not refundable.

About payment methods

Payment

You can choose from the following payment methods. However, for purchases over 300,000 yen, only credit cards are accepted.

Payments must be made in one lump sum only. Debit cards are not accepted. Please note that if there is an error in the credit card order process, your order will not be completed.

Credit card payments

The statement issued by your card company will be your official receipt. Please note that we do not keep a copy of your credit card receipt as this is an electronic payment.

Convenience store payment

Lawson, Family Mart, 7-Eleven, Seico Mart, and Ministop are available.

After you have completed your order, we will send you a separate email confirming your convenience store payment with the subject "Convenience store payment payment number notification" in addition to the order confirmation email with the subject "Thank you for your order."
The sender address domain of the convenience store payment confirmation email is "angle-fujibo.net", so please set up your email to receive emails in advance.
The convenience store payment confirmation email will include the number you need to make the payment, so please make the payment at the specified convenience store within the payment deadline (within three days, including the day your order is completed).
After confirming your payment, we will arrange and ship the product.
The range of credit limits is as follows: 1 yen to 330,000 yen
There is no charge to customers for convenience store payment fees.

Payment methods vary depending on the convenience store. Please see below for details.
If payment is not confirmed within 3 days, including the day your order is completed , your order will automatically be cancelled.
Payment at convenience stores is by cash only.
When paying at a convenience store on this website, a transfer slip will not be sent by mail.
*It will take 2-3 days to confirm your payment after you make it.
Please note that you will not receive an email notifying you of the completion of the transfer.

Cash on delivery

The cash on delivery fee is as follows:

About Shipping

Introduction

We aim to ship your order promptly after it has been placed. We aim to ship within 3 business days of your order, excluding back-orders and long holiday periods.
Once the shipping procedure is complete, we will send you the shipping number by email.
*Please note that shipping may be delayed due to unexpected issues or delivery congestion. *Products can only be delivered within Japan.

About Shipping

[Regarding delivery date and time]

You can specify a delivery date from the 7th day after placing your order. If you would like the fastest delivery possible, please place your order without entering a delivery date. In addition, there are some areas where it is not possible to specify a delivery time. *Even if you enter a time when placing your order, it will be set to [No time specified]. *Please note that we cannot accept requests for delivery within one week of the order date.
