Wakayama Daimokusho x Asamery "Tag T" released

和歌山大莫小×アサメリー「タッグT」リリース

A collaboration tag T-shirt has been created between Asamery and "Wakayama Daimokusho," a project run by volunteers from talented knitters and dye factories in Wakayama and the magazine Begin, which aims to spread the appeal of Wakayama knitwear to the world.

Most of the fabrics used in Angle products are knitted in Wakayama, Japan's number one producer of circular knit fabrics. Wakayama Daimokusho is a project that brings together knitters and dyeing factories in Wakayama, a knitwear production area, and Begin, a magazine that promotes the quality of products, to spread the appeal of Wakayama knitwear to the world.

The title "Daibakusho" is an anagram of the old word for knitwear, "Mokudaisho" (meriyasu), and it expresses the wish that "everyone, both users and knitters, will be happy."

The seventh installment of this project, which began in 2021, has now been released. The theme is "Tag T-shirts." The new Asamery was born in collaboration with Fujibo Textile, a member of the Fujibo Group, which has a dyeing factory in Wakayama and has been involved in the Wakayama Daimokusho project for some time.

Its name is "Hill Mary".

Please take a look at the product page to find out why we chose "Hill Merry."

It also includes information on how the collaborative tag t-shirts came to be, as well as each company's thoughts and commitment to manufacturing.
