Attention to detail
Asamery's main product is underwear, but we also pay close attention to the way the yarn is twisted and the fabric is knitted to ensure that our relaxing wear has the same crisp, comfortable feel as our underwear.
Additionally, the dresses, dolman sleeves, and long pants that went on sale last year have been given Fujibo's unique, highly functional processing to make them even more comfortable.
How to twist the yarn
Yarn is made by twisting fibers multiple times. This process is called "twisting," and the texture and comfort of the fabric changes depending on the direction and number of twists.
Asamery uses extremely fine, long cotton fibers that are tightly twisted to create a crisp feel, and the innerwear yarn is made by twisting single Z-twist (left-handed) yarns (one thread) in the same direction to create a double yarn (two threads twisted together).
The yarn used for relaxing wear is a two-ply yarn with two different twists: Z twist (left twist ) and S twist ( right twist ) .
Although the way the yarn is twisted is different, the material and the processes of "gas burning" and "strong twisting" remain the same, resulting in a fabric that is smooth and maintains a beautiful silhouette while still providing a refreshing feel.
