Wakayama Daimokusho x Asamery "Tag Sweat" released

和歌山大莫小×アサメリー「タッグ・スウェット」リリース

A collaboration tag sweatshirt has been created between Asamery and "Wakayama Daimokusho," a project run by volunteers from talented knitting and dyeing factories in Wakayama and the magazine Begin, which aims to spread the appeal of Wakayama knitwear to the world.

Last time, in the 7th Tag Team T-shirt , we introduced "Hill Merry," a T-shirt that can be worn on its own in spring and summer . This time, we have updated it to a sweatshirt that is perfect for going out at night in autumn and winter, and it is called "Yol Merry."

Asamery's distinctive feature is its crisp texture, which is created by its original yarn, which is tightly twisted and gas-burned to remove fuzz.

This time, I used Asamery yarn to knit my first fleece.

The outer thread is Asamery's 110-count double-ply, tightly twisted gas-burned yarn, and the middle thread is a core spun yarn containing 2% polyester, giving it a kickback and firmness, while the inner thread is 40-count double-ply cotton yarn for a fine, smooth feel against the skin.

The knitting is done by Miwa Textile Industry, a close ally of Daimokusho, at 36 gauge, giving it a luxurious look. Fujibo Textile then applies the ultimate softening treatment "Mac Soft Premium," elevating Asamerie to a stunning high-quality sweatshirt.

The sepia brown color was carefully selected to evoke the "retro-modern" style that Angle is promoting. It is a sophisticated outerwear piece that has a relaxed feel.
