--What inspired you to come up with this item ?<br>First of all, the Asamery material used in this cardigan was previously sold as a pajama set that was also available in department stores.
I myself used to sleep in these pajamas during the summer.
We wanted to extend this comfort to not only sleeping but also casual wear, so we designed the Asamerry Dress. 
Shortly after that, the coronavirus pandemic began in 2020 and the term "working from home" became common.
At that time, I was working from home and my workwear was an Asamery dress.
I remember feeling that it was a project that came at just the right time.
After that, as we expanded our lineup to include T-shirts and unisex items, we began to think about creating items that could be used in an even wider variety of situations.
To be more specific, in the summer, it's often very hot outside, but it's chilly in air-conditioned places like restaurants, movie theaters, and offices.
I wanted to create an item that could be quickly thrown on for such occasions, something that could be worn at the beginning or end of summer or when the seasons change.
And so the Asamery cardigan was born.
--Attention to detail <br>First of all, we are particular about the materials, and since it is Asamery, it is of course cool and comfortable to wear.
In addition, it is designed to be worn both indoors and outdoors, and like other items in this series, it is treated with UV protection and sweat stain prevention.
The shape is not an oversized silhouette that looks like it would be worn loosely, but rather an orthodox, clean silhouette.
This is because we wanted to create an item that would look good as a top even when worn alone.
The neck has a moderate amount of room, and the size is not too tight so that you can roll up your sleeves.
The buttons are shell buttons that add a subtle touch of elegance.
The classic colors of navy and gray are decorated with brown mother-of-pearl, while this season's seasonal colors of neon blue and pink are decorated with Takase shell. 
--Recommended way to wear it <br>It's also good to wear it with a sleeveless top or shirt that you already own.
