High-performance relaxing wear is born

Angle, a brand of high-quality domestic underwear that focuses on quality, is celebrating its 130th anniversary this year.
To commemorate this, asamerry's popular relaxing wear is back with new colors and high-performance processing.

  • High-quality double processing

    This season, we've added sweat stain prevention processing to make sweat less noticeable, as well as UV protection (UV protection rate of approximately 95%), which is great for short outings.

    This product has been updated using two luxurious types of Fujibo's unique processing techniques, which are strengths of the company's uniqueness and high technical capabilities.

    This is a special processing technique that is unique to this series, which is popular during the summer.

  • New colors added

    We have received many requests for brighter colors, so we are now releasing the new product in four colors (three colors for the bottoms).

    In addition to the classic charcoal gray and navy, the bright and refreshing ivory and light green have been added. You can wear it in a variety of ways, such as matching the top and bottom colors for a set-up look, or matching it with your favorite color with your existing bottoms.

material

The material used is carefully selected, high-quality extra-long staple cotton, which is cotton with a fiber length of 35mm or more.

Longer fibers allow for the creation of extremely fine threads, resulting in smooth fabrics. It is no exaggeration to say that the selection of these materials is the key to Asamery.

Yarn is made by twisting fibers multiple times. This process is called "twisting," and the texture and comfort of the fabric changes depending on the direction and number of twists.

Asamerry uses extremely fine, long cotton fibers that are tightly twisted to create a crisp feel, and the innerwear yarn is made by twisting Z-twist (left-handed) single yarns (one thread) in the same direction to create a double yarn (two threads twisted together).

The yarn used for relaxing wear is a two-ply yarn with two different twists: Z twist (left twist) and S twist (right twist).

Although the yarn is twisted differently from Asamery's innerwear, the material and the processes of "gas burning" and "strong twisting" remain the same, resulting in a fabric that is smooth and maintains a beautiful silhouette while still providing a refreshing feel.

This series is knitted in Wakayama, a knitwear production area, using a knitting method called jersey knitting.

Jersey knitting is a typical knitting method used for knitted outerwear. It has moderate elasticity in the horizontal direction and little stretch in the vertical direction, so it is difficult for the silhouette to collapse.

Dyeing processing

The fabric is dyed and processed at a Fujibo Group factory in Wakayama. This high-performance fabric was created by the same company that is well-versed in the quality of Asamery fabrics.

Not only is it treated to prevent sweat stains, but it also has a new UV protection treatment that blocks approximately 95% of UV rays, making it an item that will make it more comfortable than ever before to spend the hot summer days.
