Angle, which has been committed to using natural materials for 130 years, has created this T-shirt using natural dyes.
During the Heian period, gallnuts from the Rhus tree, which was also used for tooth blackening, were reacted with iron to dye the garment a dark purple color. In today's world where chemical dyes are the norm, this garment is a tasteful piece that makes use of ancient techniques.
The fabric is made from two strands of original yarn that has been spun and drawn in our own factory for many years, knitted together into a round-body jersey. The slightly rough look goes very well with the garment dyeing, resulting in a lovely, sustainable T-shirt.
*This product is dyed with natural dyes, so the color may fade easily.
Color transfer may occur due to sweat or friction when wet.
Please avoid washing with other clothing and leaving it wet for a long period of time.
Please be careful when wearing this product as color transfer may occur due to friction even when dry.
